Terms
Short version: the service is provided as-is, scores are automated opinions, play fair with the rate limits, and we only ever read what sites publish publicly.
The service, as-is
AgentReady is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Scores and grades are automated assessments of how machine-readable a site is at the moment of the scan — they are opinions produced by published checks, not certifications, and can be wrong or out of date. We may change checks, scoring, or the service itself at any time; material scoring changes are versioned in the methodology.
Fair use and rate limits
Anonymous and API use is rate-limited (per-IP and per-key limits are documented in the docs). Don't evade limits, resell raw access, or use the scanner to load-test or harm third-party sites. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
What we scan
The scanner only fetches publicly reachable resources — the same pages any visitor or crawler gets — and honors robots.txt. It never authenticates, never bypasses access controls, and never scrapes private content. Don't submit URLs whose operators have asked not to be fetched; verified owners can delist their domains from public listings at any time.
Open source
The AgentReady scanner, contract, SDK, and CLI are open source under the Apache-2.0 license. The license covers the code; this hosted service, its data, and its uptime are governed by these terms.
